2. Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes
Items labelled as “In Stock” are generally dispatched within one working day from our UK distribution centres. Once dispatched, delivery to mainland UK addresses typically takes between one and three working days, although this may vary due to factors such as courier workloads, public holidays, or adverse weather.
For products listed as “Pre-order” or “Backorder”, estimated delivery timeframes are shown directly on the product page. These estimates are based on current supplier and logistics data and are updated regularly. If there are any notable delays, we will contact you with revised delivery information.
3. Delivery Areas and Charges
We offer free delivery to all mainland UK addresses.
Mainland UK includes England, Wales, and parts of Scotland, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and other remote locations.
Deliveries to these excluded regions may require an additional charge. Any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout or confirmed with you prior to dispatch.
4. Delivery Updates and Tracking
At present, automated tracking links are not provided as standard. However, if you would like an update on your order, you can contact our support team during working hours and we will be happy to assist.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually make one further attempt at no extra cost. If delivery cannot be completed after this, additional charges may apply for further attempts or for returning the goods. We will always confirm any additional costs with you before proceeding.
6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or there are missing parts, you must notify us within seven calendar days of delivery.
Where possible, include clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and Pro-Line Direct will cover any associated return or collection costs in these circumstances.
7. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate and that someone is available to accept the delivery.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or the delivery being refused, this may result in delays or additional charges.
8. Pre-Order and Backorder Information
Estimated delivery times for pre-order and backorder items are based on current supply chain information. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.
