Premium Swaged Hose Assembly

High Quality Fittings and Connections
Fitted with 1 inch M BSP hose tails with sealing o rings and swaged stainless steel full ferrules, the fuel tank gravity hose kit ensures secure and leak resistant connections. PTFE tape is also included to support correct installation.
Manual Nozzle and Flow Control
Supplied with a Piusi Self 2000 aluminium manual nozzle, the kit allows controlled dispensing of diesel. A 1 inch M x F locking angle valve is included to open and close fuel flow from the tank, although a padlock is not supplied.
Supplied in a Practical Carry Bag
All components are packaged in a clip close bag with carry handle, making storage and transport straightforward while helping keep the assembly clean when not in use.

I’m looking for a diesel gravity hose kit with an automatic nozzle but can’t find one. Is this possible?
Only manual nozzles can be used within gravity fed installations, as the back pressure required for an automatic nozzle to open is unlikely to ever be achieved under gravity conditions. For this reason, gravity hose kits are always supplied with manual nozzles.
Can you use a flow meter with a gravity hose kit?
Yes, you can use a flow meter in a gravity fed installation, however it will only accurately count the fuel dispensed if the minimum flow rate of the meter is continuously achieved. You therefore need to be careful when selecting, as most flow meters’ minimum flow rate will be too high.
