Secure and Controlled Dispensing

This adblue dispenser restricts access to authorised users via pin code or optional electronic key, preventing unauthorised usage. By ensuring that only approved personnel can operate the system, businesses can maintain better control over consumables and reduce unnecessary losses.

Integrated Pumping and Monitoring

Supplied with an integrated adblue pump, pulse meter and SB325 automatic nozzle, the system records transaction data including user, date, time and quantity dispensed for the last 255 transactions. This provides valuable insight into how and where AdBlue is being used within the fleet.

Designed for Practical Fleet Use

The unit includes a 6m delivery hose, nozzle holster with pump start and stop function, and a pre-set dispense feature for controlled filling. A breakaway spout mechanism allows for quick, low cost repair if a vehicle drives away while still connected, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Expandable Tank Monitoring Capability

For enhanced protection, the system can be connected to an optional Ocio gauge to provide adblue tank monitoring, allowing the pump to be stopped automatically when fluid reaches a specified low level. This helps prevent system damage and ensures continuity of supply.

Data Access and Reporting Options

Transaction data is displayed directly on the unit’s screen for quick review. For more detailed analysis, optional Self Service Management software allows information to be exported to a local Windows PC, supporting reporting and operational tracking.
