Delivery charges

Delivery charges to Mainland England and Wales are worked out at the check-out stage.

Although we deliver to most of the UK, there may be additional shipping costs to Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

 

Collection

All our tanks are available for collection “ex works” between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please call 03316302439 to arrange a mutually convenient time if you wish to collect.

 

Offloading

Offloading is the responsibility of the customer and extreme care should be taken when unloading the tank.  Improper handling can damage the tank and fittings. When dealing with large tanks, it is advisable to use a crane for lifting them off the delivery lorry.

Tanks in colour options other than black, such as blue, natural, and dark green, are considered as bespoke items and are non-refundable.  Similarly, non-standard outlets are also non-refundable.

Standard 2 year warranty includes:

  • Quality of raw materials and fittings
  • Guarantee on NEW Tank for a pro-rata period of 2 years (for original purchaser)

Customisation Options Available

This tank can be modified with optional fittings and equipment mounting solutions including liquid level sensor assemblies, fill pipes, PN16 and ANSI flanged connections and welded BSP outlet sockets. A bolt down lid and side access hatch are also available for cleaning and maintenance access.
