Delivery charges

Delivery charges to Mainland England and Wales are worked out at the check-out stage.

Although we deliver to most of the UK, there may be additional shipping costs to Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Western Isles, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

 

Collection

All our tanks are available for collection “ex works” between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please call 03316302439 to arrange a mutually convenient time if you wish to collect.

 

Offloading

Offloading is the responsibility of the customer and extreme care should be taken when unloading the tank.  Improper handling can damage the tank and fittings. When dealing with large tanks, it is advisable to use a crane for lifting them off the delivery lorry.

Tanks in colour options other than black, such as blue, natural, and dark green, are considered as bespoke items and are non-refundable.  Similarly, non-standard outlets are also non-refundable.

Our 500 Litre Insulated Horizontal Water Tank is made from WRAS approve polymer with an insulation jacket engineered to prevent condensation and effectively reduce thermal and energy loss.  Insulated water tanks are designed for use where temperature regulation is key and for the prevention of overheating or freezing of liquids. 
Insulated water tanks are often used in conjunction with in-tank heaters or coolers to reduce running costs.  The Insulation is available as 13mm or 25mm thickness and the foam used is a more effective insulator than traditional tank jackets.
This insulated cold-water tank is a one-piece mould, seamless, rotationally moulded tank that guarantees strength, impacts resistance and durability. It is manufactured from MDPE medium density polyethene and UV stabilised for many years outside use.

Insulated Drinking Water Tank 

All drinking water tanks are manufactured from WRAS approved polymer (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) and available in black, boat blue or natural. 

 

Regulation 31 Approved Tanks 

Our plastic water tanks manufactured from WRAS approved material are DWI approved and meet the specific requirements of Regulation 31. This ensures that water suppliers producing and distributing drinking water only use products that do not cause any detrimental effects on the safety or quality of the drinking water. 

 

Fluid Category 5 Insulated Tanks 

In many installations, potable drinking water tanks which are connected to the mains water supply will need to have a type of AB air gap to be fluid category 5 approved.  

 

Customisation of fittings & equipment mounting. 

These insulated water tanks are available with tank modifications to suit your project.  Liquid level sensor assemblies, fill pipes, PN16 and ANSI flanged connections, welded BSP outlet and sockets. Bolt down lid and side access hatch are available for access for cleaning, installation, and maintenance of water pumps. 

 

Delivery of Your Insulated Water Tank 

Our drinking water tanks are manufactured at our factory in Lincolnshire. Most plastic tanks, underground water tanks and rainwater tanks are stocked for collection or quick delivery throughout the UK. 
We are available to deliver direct to the site for installers to save double handling of these tanks. In some cases where clients cannot offload the tank, we can offer Hiab deliveries which are priced upon request.
