Smart Controlled Fuel Security
This diesel transfer pump only activates for authorised users via a dedicated smartphone app, helping prevent unauthorised dispensing when equipment is left unattended. The system records transaction data including quantity dispensed, date and time, giving operators greater visibility over fuel usage and helping identify irregularities.
Designed for Mobile Tank Applications
As a portable diesel pump, the Supreme model addresses common issues associated with mobile installations. Users and managers can pre set the number of litres to dispense and reduce flow rate when filling smaller containers such as jerry cans, improving control and reducing waste.
Intelligent Protection and Continuous Operation
The pump manages its own operation to minimise wear and prevent failure. It automatically stops if the tank runs dry to avoid damage, and can slow its motor to prevent overheating, allowing longer continuous use than many other battery powered models. This makes it a dependable 12v diesel pump or 24v diesel pump for demanding field applications.
Flexible User Management and Data Tracking
As standard, the system supports two users and stores the last 20 transactions within the app. Upgrading to the PRO version allows up to 10 users and storage of the last 100 transactions, which can also be exported to a CSV file for reporting. The reset function enables plant hire companies to remove previous users quickly when equipment is returned.
Integration with B.SMART Fuel Management
Multiple pumps can be connected to the Piusi B.SMART platform for remote monitoring of mobile fuel tanks across unlimited sites. This allows up to 500 users and unlimited transaction storage, providing a scalable solution for businesses needing detailed oversight of distributed fuel assets.
