• Arrival & Access: Deliveries are made kerbside using a 7.5 or 18-tonne truck. If your property has restricted access for vehicles of this size, please notify us immediately. Note: Failure to advise on access may result in additional charges if a re-delivery on a smaller vehicle is required.
• Handling: The driver will deliver to the kerbside only and is not responsible for moving the pallet further onto the property.
• Delivery Charges: Free delivery is available to most areas. Please use the delivery fee calculator on the shopping cart page to verify your specific postcode.
• Arrival Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any significant damage to the packaging, please reject the delivery and instruct the driver to return it to us immediately.
